Named registers · AMF & FI data

European registers name individual short sellers: every company page answers "who is short?".

What is this data?

UK: since 13 July 2026 the FCA publishes each company's aggregate net short position (ANSP) every working day. It is the sum of all individual short positions of 0.2% or more of issued share capital.

Australia: ASIC publishes the short positions reported to it daily for every ASX-quoted product, as a percentage of units on issue. Neither the UK nor Australia names individual short sellers.

Europe: EU regulators still publish named positions: every individual net short position of 0.5% or more, with the holder identified. We aggregate them per company and list the holders.
