What the register showed

The Netherlands' AFM publishes each net short position of 0.5% or more of share capital with the holder's name, and the line here is the daily sum of those disclosures. It stood at 9.29% on 1 Jan 2024, rose to 17.08% on 11 Sep 2024, and fell to a low of 3.58% on 12 May 2025 before ending the window at 7.80% on 30 Jun 2025.

June 2024

On 26 June 2024 the company lowered its 2024 outlook to revenue of €485 million to €520 million with a mid-single-digit adjusted EBITDA margin. It cited large energy-storage deals being postponed into 2025, supply constraints on the concrete housings its smart-grid business depends on, and slower growth in electric-vehicle sales than it had planned for. Half-year results on 21 August 2024 came in line with the updated guidance.

The register shows disclosed positions rising through the summer to the peak of 17.08% on 11 Sep 2024, then declining over the following months. The figure is a lower bound throughout: positions between 0.1% and 0.5% are reported to the regulator privately and never appear here.

Reading the line

On a named register a step down of a full percentage point in one day can mean a single holder crossed below 0.5% and left the list, not that every holder reduced at once. By 30 Jun 2025 the sum stood at 7.80%. This page records what the AFM published and when; it does not say whether any position was right.
